Before you start on your van build you want to make sure you have a realistic budget in mind for the van you want to build.
To help with the learning curve we are sharing with you how much it cost to convert our 2014 Mercedes Sprinter Van into our permanent home on wheels.

Note that this total DOES NOT factor in labor at all.
We worked full time (40 hours per week) with the help of Sara’s dad for 9 weeks. Total man hours are 1,080 hours. If you are paying someone to do your van conversion, add on these labor hours with the hourly rate they charge.
Example = 1,080 hours x $50 = $54,000 + the materials cost = your full van conversion cost
